- How can I get an idea of what the final image may look like?
- What you see is what you get. You can see the look on the touchscreen display or more sophisticated on HD-SDI displays.
Individual frames, image sequences and clips can be snapped to a USB stick or USB disc and then viewed on any medium you like.
- Is the on-camera 8.4” LCD/Touchscreen accurate enough?
- Yes. We use a high-resolution LCD display for preview and focusing purposes. It has been chosen for readability in sunlight situations.
We have also provided a 2x zoom focus aid, a zebra pattern and a waveform display. This helps you sufficiently to judge the accuracy,
color and contrast of the image you are recording. Of course, you can optionally add an electronic viewfinder and/or a critical viewing monitor.
- Can I use a larger LCD monitor on set for live previewing?
- Yes. You can use HD/SD-SDI studio equipment if you connect it the optional HD-SDI output.
- Can I preview on a HD-SDI monitor?
- Yes. You can use HD/SD-SDI studio equipment if you connect it the optional HD-SDI output.
- How do I check my exposure?
- We have histogram, vectorscope, waveform and zebra displays to control and check your exposure.
